You agree to provide accurate information when signing up for events or contacting us, and not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Event listings (day, time, format, and fee where posted) are as accurate as we can make them, but formats, prizing, and schedules can change. Reserving a spot through the Site doesn't guarantee a seat until we've confirmed it. Entry fees, once charged, are generally non-refundable except at our discretion or as required by law.

Buying or selling individual cards happens through our TCGPlayer Pro storefront, a separate site with its own terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for that platform's availability, pricing, or policies.

Gift cards, once available for purchase, will have no expiration date and no dormancy or inactivity fees, consistent with New Jersey law. They carry no cash redemption value except where required by law and aren't refundable once purchased.

Online payments, once enabled, are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly. Use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

The Shipwreck Games name, logo, and site content belong to Shipwreck Games (or its licensors) and can't be used without permission. Individual card game names, logos, and artwork belong to their respective publishers.

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by New Jersey law, Shipwreck Games isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms as the Site grows. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
